Support to Czechia on the reform of the Technology Transfer Offices sector

The European Commission has published a Background Report within the PSF Support to Czechia on its reforms of the Technology Transfer Offices sector project founded by the EU Horizon Policy Support Facility.
The report was prepared by Michal Pazour, Deputy Director of Technology Centre Prague, who was delegated by the EU as a national expert of this area. The objective of the PSF review is to provide external advice and operational recommendations to the authorities on reforming the Czech technology transfer offices sector. The recommendations will be backed by evidence, best practice and analyses of similar approaches and reforms introduces in other countries and it should be feasible to implement them in the national context.
